Earlier this week, Leon Lee and Jason Chen merged their independent Point Cook real estate business with RE/MAX Australia to launch RE/MAX ACPA.
โJoining the RE/MAX network was a conscious choice made on the value we can be to our customers,โ said Mr Lee.
โBeing of value to the customer is at the heart of the real estate process, and when we get that right the customer has a superior experience.
โOur vision remains to provide the ultimate real estate experience and ensure excellence in everything we do. We do this on the basis of building strong, trusting relationships.”
Mr Lee said he is confident that RE/MAX ACPA will offer customers the strong values and level of ability that has become synonymous with the RE/MAX brand.
Point Cook is a burgeoning south-western suburb, the birthplace of the Royal Australian Air Force,ย located roughly 25 kilometres from Melbourne CBD.
โLakeside lifestyle options are a real draw-card for buyers, and many commute to the city for work because of good transport access. Good homes come to the market, offering value and making for happy sellers and buyers.
โOur population has been rapidly growing over the past decade, but Point Cook remains a very attractive place to live and raise a family.โ said Mr Lee.
RE/MAX Australia Director Joel Davoren said, โOpening RE/MAX ACPA presented an exciting business opportunity for Leon and Jason, and for RE/MAX.
โWe are fortunate to welcome two such broker-owners who uphold our core beliefs and values, and who will quickly build a productive team that is clearly focused on its customers,โ he said.
Mr Lee says he is eager to start afresh with all the tools the RE/MAX brand will bring to their new office.
โOur focus will be on the value we give our customers, knowing that leads to business growth; and we are looking forward to working with our agents, being innovative and keeping up with the way our industry is changing,โ he said.
