Queensland Sotheby’s International Realty welcomes Hope Island team

Queensland Sothebyโ€™s International Realty has strengthened its presence on the Gold Coast with the recruitment of Hope Island real estate specialist Suni Surti.

Mr Surti and his team relocated from the UK in 2006 and, according to Queensland Sothebyโ€™s International Realty CEO, Paul Arthur, their addition supports the companyโ€™s continued commitment to the northern Gold Coast region.

โ€œTheyโ€™re an experienced team of Hope Island specialists who complement the growth weโ€™ve already had and will continue to achieve across south-east Queensland,โ€ Mr Arthur said.

He said that Queensland Sothebyโ€™s International Realty had maintained a consistent focus of delivering the best service on the Gold Coast.

โ€œWeโ€™ve identified three core areas โ€“ north, south and central โ€“ and will continue to recruit, hire and develop quality teams and individuals,โ€ he said.

โ€œWe see our south-east Queensland sales continuing to be buoyant irrespective of any general market negativity in the media at present. Itโ€™s business as usual at Sothebyโ€™s and we continue to get deals done.โ€

Mr Surti said heโ€™d immediately experienced the benefits of being a member of Queensland Sothebyโ€™s International Realty.

โ€œSothebyโ€™s has something to offer no other competitor can offer, and thatโ€™s international exposure and reach within their network,โ€ he said.

Mr Surti’s team, including his wife Jay and youngest son Alex, hold an extensive background in the building and property sectors, running three businesses prior to their relocation to Australia for lifestyle reasons.

โ€œWe really want to push for more in our Hope Island area and become the top team,โ€ he said.
