Stone Real Estate Queensland has welcomed independent agent Shane Evans as the brandโs maiden business partner in the Sunshine State.
A top selling agent in the northern Gold Coast region, Mr Evans has become principal of Stone Real Estate Coomera.
Head of Stone Queensland, Scott Kelly, welcomed Mr Evans to the team and noted his addition to the network was an asset for the brand.
โPartnering with high-calibre people is a non-negotiable for Stone Queensland and Shane epitomises this requirement as our first business partner in Queensland,โ Mr Kelly said.
โShaneโs exceptional leadership skills and demonstrated high performance also made him a natural choice for us. We truly couldnโt be happier for him to become Stone Real Estateโs first business partner in Queensland and look forward to helping him further the great ambitions he has for his business.โ
Mr Evans said being a leading agent in what is now Queenslandโs fastest growing region influenced his decision to join Stone.
โEnjoying great success to date makes joining a network like Stone that is progressive and forward-thinking a natural step to help me achieve my future growth ambitions,โ Mr Evans said.
Other major attractions were Stoneโs one client data base and training methodology, Mr Evans said, two factors that would help enable him to expand his business beyond traditional parameters while attracting other top agents that want to take their business to the next level.
The 46-year-old father of four and former Telstra Gold Coast Young Entrepreneur finalist will be joined by Sally-Ann Cook who becomes business manager of Stone Real Estate Coomera.
The Coomera region also aligns strategically with Stoneโs expansion plans, being recognised as the fastest growing area in south-east Queensland and possessing one of the strongest property markets in Australia.
โThere are so many people relocating to this corridor between the Gold Coast and Brisbane from south of the border especially,โ Mr Evans commented.
โThe demographic is predominantly families as well as the older generations who are moving here to both downsize and be closer to their children and grand-children.โ
