Openn Negotiation announces partnership with Think Conveyancing

To help real estate agents manage sales during COVID-19, Openn Negotiation and Think Conveyancing have teamed to provide agents and clients with a safe way to transact property.

With social distancing a major concern, many agents have turned to technology to keep things moving.

As both Openn Negotiation and Think Conveyancing facilitate digital sales, they’ve announced a partnership to provide agents and clients with a safe way to transact property. 

Openn Negotiations Chief Executive Officer, Peter Gibbons, supports the partnership between Openn Negotiation and Think Conveyancing. “At Openn, we pride ourselves on reliability, and we wanted to partner with a digital conveyancer we knew that agents, buyers and sellers could trust to see them successfully through to settlement.” 

“The partnership is a no brainer, as we bring together two digital businesses which are trusted by those who use them. In these current uncertain times, reliability is paramount.” 

Think Conveyancing’s Head of Corporate Partnerships, Paul Findlay says the relationship between the two businesses gives agents the opportunity to get on with their business of listing and selling from anywhere. 

“We formed the partnership to give agents an easy and reliable way to sell their properties digitally, during this current climate of social distancing,” said Mr Findlay. 

Since their inception in 2012, Think Conveyancing currently assists over 25,000 people each year with buying and selling their properties.

Think Conveyancing has a dedicated free app for real estate agents, called Conveyancing.com.au, which allows agents to digitally order conveyancing and receive milestone updates of exactly where things are for their clients in the process right up to settlement. Contracts of sale can also be shared directly from the app along with seamless communication amongst team members. 

The app can be downloaded from the relevant app store.
