PropertyMe has this month secured its 5000 client. Doyle Spillane on Sydney’s northern beaches brings a further 30 agents and 1100 properties onto the platform.
The milestone means PropertyMe provides cloud-based property management software for more than half of all real estate agencies in the country, ensuring they and their clients can manage their rental properties in the easiest, most cost effective and convenient way, with real time tracking of rent arrears, reconciliation, vacancies, jobs, inspections and more.
PropertyMe Chief Customer Officer Sarah Dawson said securing the 5000 client was an incredible milestone for the company and its people.

‘We can see that the national rental vacancy rate was down at around 2.75 per cent in mid-March, with only the Northern Territory and Western Australian markets having vacancy rates over 3 per cent.
