Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Cooper Kupp, currently nursing a hamstring injury, has listed his Oregon property for sale at $3.5 million.
Kupp purchased the Wilsonville home in 2020 for $2.5 million without having seen it in person, according to the Robb Report.
Located just 30 minutes from Portland, the four-acre property boasts a five-bedroom main house and a nearly 185sq m guest house.
Additionally, a four-car garage serves as a gym, while a converted barn acts as a comprehensive training facility.

Kupp told the press that the 427sq m sports complex inside the barn is a result of hard work and dedication.
The facility features a turf-lined field, retractable basketball hoops, lighting, and speakers.
Kupp revealed that this barn was instrumental for his off-season preparation leading up to his Super Bowl season.

The main residence spans 529sq m and is built in a Gothic Revival style.
The home is accessed by a grand circular driveway and features architectural elements like hardwood flooring, natural stone accents, and decorative millwork.
Key indoor spaces include a panelled office with a fireplace, a family room bar with a wine fridge, and a formal dining room with coffered ceilings.

The kitchen comes furnished with a large island and high-end appliances from Miele and Subzero.
The primary suite is located on the ground floor and offers a private entry vestibule, a personal patio, and an en suite bathroom.
Four additional bedrooms can be found on the upper level.
Kupp and his wife have cited less time to travel to Oregon with their three children as the reason for selling the property. For now, it appears Kupp will continue to reside in Los Angeles.
