Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott have reduced the asking price of their opulent Beverly Hills mansion in an effort to find a buyer, having faced challenges in selling the property for more than a year.
Initially purchased by the duo in 2018 for US$14.4 million, the contemporary home was first put on the market in 2022 with a price tag of $21.9 million, according to Page Six.

Now, the ex-couple has decided to relist the property at a reduced price of just under US$18 million.
Celebrity real estate agent Josh Altman, representing Douglas Elliman, shared details of the listing on Instagram, revealing that the mansion boasts seven bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, and spans 845sq m on a 1.1-acre lot.

Altman described the estate as epitomising “warmth and sophistication,” emphasising its status as an “architectural masterpiece.”
The home features a private double-gated driveway, a three-car garage, and is surrounded by lush landscaping, including a large swimming pool, a home movie theatre, and various outdoor lounging areas.

“The spacious and open floor plan seamlessly integrates the living, dining, and entertaining areas,” Altman noted, adding that the gourmet chef’s kitchen comes equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, sleek black cabinetry, and a grand white marble island.
The grand foyer, high ceilings, and abundance of natural light set the tone for the luxury that defines the rest of the home.

Each bedroom offers luxurious amenities designed to meet the highest standards, with the primary suite providing a serene retreat complete with a fireplace, floor-to-ceiling windows, a dual spa-like bathroom, and a showroom-style closet.
Additional features include a wine cellar, smart technology, a detached guest house, and a security room.

Located in one of Los Angeles’ most sought-after neighbourhoods, the property promises luxury living close to premium shopping, dining, and entertainment options.
Altman encouraged potential buyers not to miss this opportunity for luxury living at its finest.
Jenner, 26, and Scott, 32, who dated on and off for about six years, separated in January 2023 but remain amicable co-parents to their two children, Stormi, 6, and Aire, 2.
Jenner has since been linked to new beau, Timothée Chalamet.
