Buyers of Kaley Cuoco’s Californian home get a lot of bang for their buck


Actress Kaley Cuoco has sold her expansive estate in Agoura Hills, California, for US$5.475 million stepping away from a property she bought from Twilight actor Taylor Lautner.

The Big Bang Theory alum listed the five-bedroom, four-bathroom home, initially for US$7 million in June 2023, before eventually selling it at a reduced price, according to realtor.com.

The estate, constructed in 2020, spans 8.92 acres in the secluded Lobo Canyon neighbourhood, part of a private community with only 11 residences.

Highlighting luxury and privacy, the property features a 14m infinity pool, outdoor living areas with a fireplace and a fire pit, and panoramic views from every window.

The interior has a contemporary open-floor plan that integrates the kitchen, living, and dining areas, enhancing the bright and airy ambiance.

Central to the home’s upscale kitchen is a marble, waterfall-style island and top-tier stainless steel appliances.

The recently added wine wall and wet bar elevate the first-floor amenities.

In the living room, floor-to-ceiling glass walls and a modern fireplace serve as elegant focal points, while the entire home benefits from 26cm wide-plank French oak flooring and 3.6m high ceilings.

Cuoco, aged 38, gained fame as Penny Hofstadter on The Big Bang Theory and has continued to expand her acting portfolio, recently starring in the action comedy Role Play.
