With its natural stone fireplace, the sunken living room once hosted Hollywood legends like Sally Field and James Garner.

Reynolds once described the house as his favorite among his numerous properties.

Built-in 1972, the same year as Deliverance, the home’s current owners have maintained its original charm while enhancing it.
