Ouwens Casserly Real Estate is looking to be among the industry leaders in response to coronavirus, with staff already trialling remote working arrangements to service a strong South Australian property market.
From last Thursday, Ouwens Casserly Real Estate began trialling remote working arrangements for its 100+ staff, who are usually based at six sites across metropolitan Adelaide.
Mr Casserly said the agency had already seen a shift in consumer behaviour as potential buyers practise social distancing.
“From an overall sales perspective, things are still looking really positive,” he said.
“We are actually seeing much greater urgency in the marketplace. Current vendors are looking to bring their sales forward and people are looking to buy sooner than initially planned.
“In addition to that, we are seeing much greater interest in our OC First ‘off-market’ platform which gives buyers first access to view properties in advance of them hitting the general market.
“Ouwens Casserly is set up beautifully to continue transacting over the next few months, so there is still huge opportunity to secure property for those looking to buy.”
Mr Casserly said another benefit the brand had at its disposal was the Fresh Home Loans business.
“At Fresh, our objective is to provide a fresh, modern approach to obtaining a home loan and change the way you think about finance or broking,” he said.
“One of the huge advantages at Fresh Home Loans, is that all we need is phone and an internet signal to deliver our fresh approach to lending. So, the team is happy to work remotely with self-isolating and social distancing measures in place for clients,” Mr Casserly said.
“First and foremost, at Ouwens Casserly we are here to we are here to help more people realise their property dream.”
