More than 100 guests packed The Dock Mooloolaba on Friday evening to celebrate Amber Werchon Property’s 10-year anniversary.
Amber Werchon addressed the crowd and thanked her longstanding clients, as well as her supportive family and award winning team, saying that without their support the company wouldn’t be where it is today.
Amber Werchon Property began in 2008 and has grown to a team of 60 who have collectively sold over $1.13 billion of property in their 10 years.
Ms Werchon made an emotional tribute to her mother Julie Werchon, “Inside and outside the business, my biggest support from day one has been my extraordinary Mum. I will be forever grateful.”
She also thanked her long standing sales agents who have been with the company since its inception.
“I’ve been lucky enough to have some very loyal long-termers like Rex Larkins with me for the whole 10 years”.
“Real estate is certainly never boring and I’m still just as passionate about it today”.
Ms Werchon began her real estate career in 2000 and over these past 18 years has witnessed some significant changes to the property landscape.
“I have been fortunate to have worked through some very buoyant years during this time – the Global Financial Crisis being the most challenging period – but all in all, the health of the Sunshine Coast property market has been glowing”.
