Belle Property Randwick has announced the addition of agent Nick Simitzis as their new Director of Sales.
Mr Simitzis has worked in real estate for over 20 years and says he was attracted to the brand because of its customer-centric values.
“In real estate the egos are prolific, so it’s important that you are working with a brand that understands that in this profession we are dealing with people’s most valuable asset. Empathy and transparency are first and foremost the way we should approach clients and customer service,” he said.
Commenting on his new role, Mr Simitzis says one of his top priorities will be mentoring new agents in upholding the brand’s standards.
“Working with Belle Property I’m able to ensure new agents to the profession are brought up in our way of thinking: that you can win the client and still achieve premium results by maintaining their trust every step of the way.”
