Bianca Todarello and Evie Hancox step up at BresicWhitney

BresicWhitney has strengthened their contingent of female leaders, with Bianca Todarello promoted to the role of General Manager – Sales, and Evie Hancox elevated to Operations Manager.

The new appointments mark a new milestone for BresicWhitney’s leadership team, with women hoding 50 per cent of the key roles.

Ms Todarello has been with BresicWhitney for more than 10 years, in which she’s showcased her expertise in various roles within sales support and business operations.

Over the past two years, she has played a pivotal role in guiding sales agents and their teams to develop and execute competitive market strategies, contributing to BresicWhitney’s overall growth and market presence.

Ms Todarello said she would look to help the company continue to grow its market share.

“I am humbled by the opportunity to help BresicWhitney deliver a new level of sales leadership for our people, particularly within the competitive Sydney markets in which we operate,” Ms Todarello said.

“It’s wonderful to witness the appetite for professional and personal development across our teams.

“I’m thankful for the opportunity to provide guidance and support to our people, as I know first-hand the role it played in helping me forge my own career path.”

Ms Hancox has been with BresicWhitney for almost four years and has progressed from a sales support partner, to become the group’s first operations manager.

Her role includes managing a team of 14 across concierge, office managers and sales administration roles, and helping guide the group’s wider operational policies, procedures, and digital infrastructure, for its team of 150 staff.

Ms Hancox said maintaining the company environment and improving how they are positioned within the market were areas she would focus on.

“I’m a firm believer in the environment we have created at BresicWhitney, where the operational team is a huge point of difference, in not only our ability to service our clients but also our people,” Ms Hancox said.

“Moving from the UK, and having worked in real estate for over eight years, has allowed me to really understand BresicWhitney’s value proposition and how we leverage it to drive success.

“For me now as a relatively young leader, it’s fulfilling to reflect on my own journey and be able to guide those looking to go down a similar path.

“I believe this type of support is incredibly important for those at the early stages of their career, many of whom are sometimes unsure of what progression is or will be available for them in our field.”

BresicWhitney Chief Executive Officer Thomas McGlynn said he was excited to promote the new leaders.

“Both add an incredible level of skill and strategy to BresicWhitney and are trusted advisors and colleagues to our growing business,” Mr McGlynn said.

“Their journeys within BresicWhitney reflect what we believe are meaningful examples of the potential career pathways for aspiring leaders, and the success that arises when you genuinely nurture and develop your people.

“With both their titles and remits being new roles for BresicWhitney in recent months, we’re also proud that this symbolises the significant transformation and growth of our business in the last two years.

“More specifically, the structure and strategies we have in place to continue achieving our vision of being Sydney’s leading property group.”
