One of the top contestants in the 2020 Big Brother house, Sarah McDougal has joined Ray White as Gavin Staindl’s personal assistant.
The Announcement:
After a successful run on season 12 of Big Brother Australia, pocket-rocket Sarah McDougal has joined the Ray White Pakenham team.
At just 21 years old, standing 4’11”, Sarah is making a big impact working alongside Ray White Pakenham senior sales consultant Gavin Staindl as his personal assistant.
The pair met prior to Sarah’s Big Brother fame, during a Relay for Life event where she tagged along with Gavin’s team when she was 15.
Sarah was offered a job as a sales cadet with Ray White Pakenham in 2019, however she turned it down as she was offered a spot on Big Brother Australia just a week later.
Sarah was one of the top contestants in the Big Brother house in 2020, making it to the top five.
“I applied for a job as a sales cadet at the end of 2019, but just as they offered me the job I also got the offer to go on Big Brother.
“Being just 18 at the time I decided my career could wait as going on Big Brother was a once in lifetime opportunity.
“When I was in the Big Brother house multiple people said I would make a good real estate agent.
“So when I got out I thought I would give it a crack.”
Sarah said Gavin had inspired her to get into real estate, and started working alongside him in October 2021.
Currently studying public relations, focusing on social media marketing, at university, Sarah is also helping Ray White Pakenham with their social media.
“It’s been really good, I help Gavin out with everything, he’s very good at what he does” she said.
“I love going to auctions and open homes.
“I want to try everything.
“I would love to try and be a sales consultant or if that doesn’t work out I’d like to pursue the marketing and social media side of things.”
