A little more than three years ago, actor Billy Baldwin and his longtime wife Chynna Phillips purchased a $2.9 million home in Santa Barbara’s Mission Canyon neighbourhood.
Phillips, the lead singer of the Wilson Phillips trio, later expressed her gratitude for becoming a homeowner in a YouTube video.
After a financial crisis in 2018, she and Baldwin, known for his roles in Flatliners and Backdraft, had to restart their lives, spending over a decade moving between leased properties.
Fast forward to today, the couple has listed their Craftsman-style property for nearly US$3.9 million after a year on the rental market, where it was once priced at $18,000 per month, according to the Robb Report.
