Grace Estate Agency Principal Bradley Milton never expected to be looking towards business growth just three months after launching his own real estate brand.
But that’s exactly where he finds himself 100 days after partnering with the Agents’Agency.
Having enjoyed a two-decade career in the industry, Bradley unveiled his community-focused real estate offering on the Sunshine Coast in July this year.
And he notes the response and the support has been nothing short of “exceptional”.
Grace Estate Agency is founded on the firm idea of giving back to its community, and the genesis stems from an unforeseen life event that Bradley and his wife, Maxine, experienced.
Seven years ago, Maxine suffered a brain bleed shortly after the birth of the couple’s fourth child, requiring her to learn to walk and talk again.
The incident saw the couple reassess their goals, with their primary focus shifting to helping others.
“It really crystalised what’s important in life, and that’s not necessarily working seven days a week, it’s about assisting others,” Bradley explains.
The couple’s business venture is based on that philosophy, and it quickly started resonating with their community.
“It’s been really well-received,” Bradley says.
“We’ve had a lot of call-ins, and previous customers we’d worked with are flooding back.”
In just three months, Bradley and his team have listed 10 properties, with a further five in the pipeline.
“Personally, last month will be my best month ever,” Bradley says.
Bradley credits much of that success to his partnership with the Agents’Agency and the support the national network provides behind the scenes.
“From onboarding to communication, branding and technological plug-ins, the process has been seamless,” he says.
“But more importantly they genuinely care, which in this day and age is rare.”
Among the elements Bradley appreciates about the Agents’Agency is the social media nous, marketing guidance, and ongoing training, which he says is proving invaluable for newer members of his team.
“It’s been great for them to see how much support and training is available,” he notes.
“Meanwhile, our clients have mentioned how clean our branding is and how easy it is to work with us.”
With a family of his own, Bradley particularly values the Agents’Agency’s nurturing nature and family-first ethos.
“They’re really family-oriented and incredibly supportive,” he says.
“We’ve felt nothing but love and it’s been an experience that has exceeded our expectations.”
With the first 100 days now under their belt, Bradley says his team is already embracing a growth phase.
In addition to the listings in his pipeline, the tight knit team is preparing to expand and grow their rent roll.
“When you make a transition like this, usually there’s a slow stage,” he reflects.
“But it’s taken us less than three months to find our feet and now we’re entering a growth phase.”
