Brisbane agent Remy Durieux has increased his GCI 560 per cent over the past year.
Over the past four years, Mr Durieux has established himself in the southern suburbs of Brisbane because of his enthusiastic and exceptional level of service.
It was this reputation that inspired him to start his own business, and capitalise on being a household name around Carina, Camp Hill, and surrounding suburbs.
The opportunity to launch his own business into the area really excited him.
“I had enough traction to go my own way and just wanted to do things my way,” Mr Durieux said.
“I just wanted to be myself, get great results and have some fun along the way.”
In his previous role, with an independent group, he was generating all his own leads, and doing all of his own administration, which only cemented his decision and proved that it was time for him to make a change.
Mr Durieux decided to start his business with the support of UrbanX.
Over the past year, since he has partnered with UrbanX, Mr Durieux has transformed what he believed was possible by leveraging his own business.
He hasn’t looked back, explaining he is absolutely loving working for himself.
Mr Durieux has topped his personal best results, reporting he increased his GCI by 560 per cent.
“This year I have put 92 properties under contract, which is three or four times as many as last year,” he said.
