Bruce Willis’ former beachfront estate in the Turks and Caicos on Parrot Cay is for sale at US$37.5 million.
Willis sold the beachside getaway in 2019 for US$27 million after purchasing and developing the property in 2000.
According to TopTenRealEstateDeals.com, Willis has been offloading a large portion of his property holdings in recent years having announced his retirement from acting and is looking to stay close to his home base in California with his wife Emma Hemming.
The COMO Parrot Cay resort sits on eight tropical acres with room for multiple guests with the six-bedroom main house having been restyled and updated in 2020. The upper level of the main house is designed for children who can play by the pool and the beach but also in the playground that includes its own pirate ship.
In total, Willis built three homes on the property over a four year period, which total 3251sq m of living area with 12 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms.
There are also four pools on the property and 330m of pristine white sand beach as well as a host of options for entertaining.
The Die Hard star has also sold his Westchester estate in New York, his Sun Valley ski house in Idaho, a Beverly Hills hacienda-style house, as well as the Turks and Caicos beach house.
