The mirrored glass and steel-framed structure, which resembles a 22-storey skyscraper resting on its side and gives rise to the Invisible House moniker, offers 508sq m of minimalist living space, according to The Dirt.
The Invisible House is currently owned by Chris Hanley — a film producer whose works include American Psycho and The Virgin Suicides.
Features include an indoor pool, three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a sleek eat-in kitchen, and a spacious living room/lounge area with sliding glass doors.
The home has also been featured on the Netflix series The Most Amazing Vacation Rentals and is a favourite of high-profile celebrities.
Designed by architect Tomas Osinski in collaboration with Mr Hanley, the property is highly sustainable, complete with eco-friendly features such as Solarcool Glass exterior, foam roof, solar panels, and whole-house Halo water-filtration system.
The home also boasts a small ecological footprint and a prefab guesthouse on the property.
