Century 21 has added to their over 100,000 staff in 78 countries, with the employment of seven key new staff members in the Australasian corporate office in order to help manage growth and to support new franchise owners.
Over the past six months, Century 21 has opened new offices in New Zealand, Queensland, Victoria and New South Wales.
Real estate veteran, David Baliviera has been appointed as regional director of service and training for Australia and New Zealand, bringing over 35 years of real estate expertise to the network.
He is a licensed real estate agent, senior auctioneer, certified real estate trainer and member of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria.
During his career, he has conducted over 3,000 auctions and has also set up, established and operated numerous successful inner-city real estate agencies.
Amie Stickler joins the network as operations manager and will be servicing the national network.
She has extensive service and management experience, including driving and managing teams responsible for millions of dollars in turnover.
Lara Kilborn has been appointed to a national business and training support role and brings over 20 years’ experience as a high-performance trainer and marketer.
She has a strong skillset in the franchise sector having previously worked with Mortgage Choice as a training and development consultant and with Wizard Home Loans in business development.
She has also managed her own training and consulting business for over 14 years.
Whitney Sutton commenced her career in real estate with Century 21 working as a sales assistant at Century 21 Maddies Hermans in Scarborough, Queensland and has returned to the network in a national business training and support role.
Amanda Hall has been appointed to a national orientation position from within the network, having previously held the role of Century 21’s New South Wales area manager.
Her experience in the real estate industry spans over a decade across sales, property management and real estate software and technology.
Isaac Goodland will be taking on a national network development role, having enjoyed 18 years of experience in the real estate sector.
He has worked with industry-leading brands across sales, management and franchise growth and development.
Gabriella Finelli joins the network in a national business training and support role and will harness over ten years of experience in the field of training and development, along with sales and marketing expertise.
She previously held the role of national educator for a global brand during which she developed and implemented training programs Australia-wide.
