Century 21 has experienced strong growth in Australia and New Zealand, with the network opening five new offices in the past five weeks.
The opening of the new offices has extended Century 21’s presence across NSW, Victoria, South Australia and New Zealand.
Growth has been a primary focus for recently appointed CEO James Bell, who said the new offices were just the beginning, with a healthy pipeline of additional offices at various stages of onboarding.
“We have seen a lot of interest from industry professionals looking to run their own agency, and the full-service C21 offering has resonated with them,” Mr Bell said.
Patrick Emini, who has been a part of the franchise since 2013 as principal at Berwick, recently opened a second office in Narre Warren.
The team at Century 21 Property Specialists have 35 years’ combined real estate experience and specialise in property sales and rental management in Melbourne’s southeast.
Existing South Australian principal CJ Setlhong is also building on his current success, recently opening a second office in Kapunda.
With two locations, Century 21 Barossa will service clients in Nuriootpa, Angaston, Tanunda, Kapunda and surrounding areas.
Two other newly opened offices are located in New South Wales. In Sydney’s west, new C21 principal Stavros Davelis will lead Century 21 Davelis & Co and leverage a decade of experience in residential and commercial sales and leasing to service the Blacktown area.
Mr Davelis said he aimed to elevate the real estate offering in the Blacktown region.
“Century 21 is such an iconic brand that all Australians know and love,” he said.
“Combining that with my industry experience and knowledge of the local area will really set us apart from our competition.”
Century 21 Projects Australia, located in Sydney’s CBD, has also just opened and will be dedicated to projects and developments across the Australasia region.
Principal Martin Liszewski’s extensive background within both the finance sector and project marketing is instrumental to the office’s vision to set the benchmark for project marketing.
“Our team of professionals with diverse backgrounds will enable us to deliver tailored solutions with an end-to-end process supported by technology and a relationship-based framework,” Mr Liszewski said.
In New Zealand, a new office in one of South Auckland’s key residential growth areas, central Manukau, also opened in early March.
The Century 21 Fairdeal Realty office will be led by directors Rupinder Kaur and Surbani Sandhu.
Welcoming the new offices to the franchise network, Mr Bell said he was pleased with the growth the brand had already experienced so far this year.
“Each new location adds to our growing network and further cements Century 21 as the most recognised real estate brand globally,” he said.
In addition to opening the five new offices, there have been a further six that have recently renewed their commitment to the Century 21 brand.
