Colliers International has welcomed its newest agent Sisi Chen to its Canberra team while also welcoming back Michael Pearson and Nathan Burraston.
“Over the past six months our team has grown by 50 per cent,” Colliers International Director Residential, Shane Radnell revealed.
Late last year the office also recruited Tom Maloney.
“The number of residential sales agents employed in our office has increased from eight to 12.
Mr Radnell noted, although the market has softened everywhere, fundamentals such as population growth, low vacancy rates and rental yields, are still positive in the ACT.
“Combined with the number of quality residential projects being delivered by leading local developers, we are expanding, not contracting.”
Mr Radnell praised the new and returning faces saying they added depth to his team.
“Our growth is due to the hard work of all our team. I am optimistic there will be more opportunities for exceptional people to join us in the future.”
