Cooper Kupp lists Oregon estate for $3.5 million

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Cooper Kupp, currently nursing a hamstring injury, has listed his Oregon property for sale at $3.5 million.

Kupp purchased the Wilsonville home in 2020 for $2.5 million without having seen it in person, according to the Robb Report.

Located just 30 minutes from Portland, the four-acre property boasts a five-bedroom main house and a nearly 185sq m guest house.

Additionally, a four-car garage serves as a gym, while a converted barn acts as a comprehensive training facility.

Kupp told the press that the 427sq m sports complex inside the barn is a result of hard work and dedication.

Kupp revealed that this barn was instrumental for his off-season preparation leading up to his Super Bowl season.

Kupp and his wife have cited less time to travel to Oregon with their three children as the reason for selling the property. For now, it appears Kupp will continue to reside in Los Angeles.
