South-east Queensland property services group Coronis has announced Chris Rhode as their new Sales Area Leader, following the recent promotion of Adam Empringham to Sales Director.
Mr Rhode has worked with Coronis for more than four years now. In the past three years, in addition to selling, he played an instrumental role in turning Coronis North Lakes into one of the highest-performing teams in the 25-office network as the Agency Leader.
Coronis Sales Director Adam Empringham said they interviewed multiple applicants from across Australia, but felt Chris was the best suited for the role as someone who would add significant value to both the leadership team and his offices.
“Chris has proven himself to be an excellent leader and agent in his time at Coronis, and I believe he truly embodies our family values and vision for the company.
“His sense of humour, work ethic and superior communication skills have enabled him to earn the trust of his team and build an exemplary office culture, which is why he will thrive in his new role.”
Mr Rhode said he was extremely proud to have been selected by Adam and the leadership team, and excited about the opportunity to grow multiple offices within the Coronis network and mentor young agents.
“I’ve learnt a lot in the past four years, having transitioned into real estate from the travel industry with no prior experience, so I know firsthand what challenges agents are facing in the current market and in particular new-to-industry agents,” Mr Rhode said.
“To be in a position now where I can make a real impact on the sales team and help drive team culture and performance is a long-term goal realised for me.
“We have a lot of support systems in place here that empower anyone to step up and create their own personal empire, so my goal within my first year is to inspire and grow the next generation of Agency Leaders within my offices.”
