American actor and stand-up comedian, David Spade, has listed his Beverley Hills home for US$16 million more than he paid for it two decades ago.
The Just Shoot Me star paid just US$4 million for the Trousdale Estates home, which he has listed with Stuart Vetterick, of Hilton and Hyland, for US$19.995 million.
The sale comes just months after Spade bought a US$14 million Hollywood Hills mansion high above the Sunset Strip, according to dirt.com.
Built in 1978 and designed by modernist architect Edward Fickett, the Trousdale Estates property has previously been home to Prince, Eddie Murphy, and Warren Beatty.
Set on three-quarters of an acre and tucked behind large gates, the private home has been designed to maximise the stunning views of the city and Pacific Ocean with floor-to-ceiling windows.
The split-level home incorporates a formal living room with sweeping views, an indoor living tree and an elevated dining room.
The sunny dine-in kitchen features a classic black and white colour palette and features an island bench, breakfast bar and quality appliances.
The sitting room features a bar, double-sided fireplace, treetop views and direct access to a grassed outdoor area.
The mansion has four bedrooms and seven bathrooms, including a huge master suite more akin to a luxury hotel with its loft, dual bathrooms, walk-in closets and terrace with amazing views.
A large pool and patio and a full-size tennis court are also on offer.
Spade also owns a US$2.3 million spanish bungalow in West Hollywood.
