Real estate agent David Tanchevski has opened his fifth Newcastle office in three years.

Real estate veteran David Tanchevski has added yet another office to his network in the Newcastle region with the opening of a new Stone Real Estate office in Merewether.
The office is the fifth led by Mr Tanchevski opened within the last three years.
The suburb has a strong connection to Mr Tanchevski as he has lived in Merewether for 20 years and attended the local Junction Primary School.
Mr Tanchevski is a winner of the Stone Real Estate Principal of the Year award and the prestigious Stone Award. He is known for building a strong culture across his offices with high-performance teams that achieve exceptional results for clients.
Mr Tanchevski’s other offices include Stone Hunter Valley which was recently named among Rate My Agent’s Agency of the Year Awards for 2021.
“Merewether is arguably the most sought after suburb in Newcastle and with the beaches, cafes and a lifestyle most people dream about. We are very excited to be opening an office here and for the opportunity to help people fulfil their dream moves,” Mr Tanchevski said.

The office also provides further expansion for Stone Real Estate. The opening of the Merewether office marks another milestone for Stone Real Estate as it continues its expansion with recent office openings including Epping, Gungahlin and Logan.
