DiJones bolsters North Shore with leading Lindfield agents

Highly experienced real estate agents Nahid Coventry and Daniel Blagg are set to join DiJones as partners, alongside a top performing team.

DiJones Chief Executive Office Rob Ward said the appointment of Ms Coventry and Mr Blagg is consistent with a strategy to partner with high-calibre agents in the North Shore region.

“We are passionate about identifying buyer migration patterns and our data told us the Mid North Shore was a key part of our client’s journey with 60 per cent of buyers coming from the Lower or Upper North Shore,” Mr Ward said.

“This appointment is a key strategic move in the region, bringing the next generation of leadership as we continue to grow.

“Nahid and Daniel bring superior local knowledge, and a track record for achieving exceptional results, transacting over $100 million of real estate in 2019.

“As highly-respected agents and natural leaders, Nahid, Daniel and their team have a prosperous future working under the DiJones brand, and we are excited to have them on board.”

Sales Agents Ben Coventry, Tom Carter, Gemma Simons and existing DiJones Agent Mae Chan will join the ambitious team setting the benchmark in the Mid North Shore.

Mr Blagg said the reach and end-to-end client service offering of the DiJones brand is what resonated with the team and will appeal to their clients.

“The move is a natural progression for us and immediately elevates our client offering, with industry leading technology and systems,” Mr Blagg said.

“We are thrilled to be part of a network that appreciates the importance of collaboration and believe it’s in our client’s best interest to have shared conversations, introductions and referrals across the regions DiJones operate.”

Ms Coventry is an East Lindfield resident herself and is passionate about working with a brand whose values and culture are aligned.

“It is really important to me that the brand I represent is reflective of my personal values,” Ms Coventry said.

“DiJones have an unwavering commitment to a family sentiment, operating with passion, collaboration and authenticity – integral to real estate.

“The opportunity to provide our clients with an unsurpassed service offering, supported by this buyer migration excites us.”

DiJones has started the year strong with $140 million worth of properties sold in February, and an auction clearance rate of 83 per cent across the network.
