Rapper Drake has successfully offloaded the last of the three homes that made up his sprawling Hidden Hills compound for US$11.3 million.
According to The Dirt, Drake sold two of the properties to LA Rams Quarterback Matthew Stafford in April for US$11 million, with the final property purchased by high-profile attorney Makan Delrahim.
The 1486sq m Tudor-style house, affectionately known as the YOLO (You Only Live Once) Estate, was initially listed at US$14.8 million before selling at a significant discount.
The home is located in a secluded cul-de-sac in the affluent Hidden Hills neighbourhood, on three acres of land.
The stucco and terracotta-roof structure features seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms across 1161sq m of living space.
Some of the amenities include six fireplaces, a wine cellar and tasting room, a 25-seat movie theatre, a recording studio and lounge, and even a mechanical bull.
There’s also an expansive living room with a wood-beam ceiling and a veined-marble fireplace, alongside a seated wet bar, a formal step-down dining room with picture windows overlooking the grounds, and a gourmet kitchen outfitted with powder blue cabinetry, an eat-in island bench and top-tier stainless steel appliances.
The home features a master retreat with seating areas and a mini-bar, as well as a deluxe bath equipped with dual vanities and marble-clad soaking tubs.
After finally selling the compound, Drake still owns Robbie Williams’ Beverly Hills-area estate that he purchased for US$75 million along with a mansion in Toronto.
