Elders digital strategy drives consumer holiday competiton

The 178 year old brand is refreshing technology and using a holiday incentive to drive leads for the group

Elders Real Estate has announced a national competition to drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and importantly, generate local leads for agents.

The competition will run until the end of October and provide potential clients with the opportunity to win a $15,000 holiday experience, through registering and receiving a sales or rental appraisal.

Elders Real Estate National Marketing Manager, Belinda Connor said the competition launched earlier this month with a strategic digital advertising campaign across REA and Plista platforms.

“With spring just around the corner, it’s the perfect time for Elders Real Estate to generate interest and awareness for appraisals. The new suite of marketing assets we have created for the campaign will increase tools available to our agents and enhance local agent marketing through a more tailored approach and through local integrated campaigns.

“Our digital presence is constantly growing and new clients are becoming aware of our capabilities, technology, people and overall offering. As we continuously expand the Elders Real Estate network through both company owned and franchise offices, we are recruiting highly skilled people to service the needs of our ever growing client base.

“The competition to win a holiday allows us to generate leads at a corporate level and distribute them back to our local agent to conduct the appraisals,” Mrs Connor explained.

“The campaign registration site enables clients to find their local office by geographic region, and is an example of the type of new technology Elders Real Estate is investing in for our network”
