Estate Agents Co-operative has announced the addition of James Holt as the newest member of their Business Development team.
Previously at Century 21 Sutherland, Mr Holt has over 25 years of real estate experience in sales and auctioneering.
Articulating Mr Holt’s ability to resonate with the requirements of the cooperative’s growing membership, the CEO of EAC, David Crombie, stated: “We are very excited to welcome James to our team at EAC. James has extensive industry experience. His appointment comes on top of our recent brand refresh, and our commitment to putting experienced people on the ground to assist members to meet the challenges of our changing industry.”
Mr Holt has close to 1,500 sales and management transactions to his credit and has also been recognised as a Top 1% achiever within the Century 21 worldwide network.
