Eview Group’s national expansion is continuing apace, and following a record-breaking January and February to kick off 2021, it has just marked a major milestone.
CEO and Founding Director Manos Findikakis has announced that Eview has recorded its 20,000th property sale, and reflected on the success the group has experienced since its relatively humble beginnings.
“We began our journey in late 2006 and while it does seem some time ago, it’s an amazing milestone to achieve,” Mr Findikakis said.
“I’m proud of the whole team who have supported us along the way and equally humbled by the clients who have entrusted their properties to our network.”
The Eview Group is Australia’s first multi-brand real estate network and started operations on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria.
The group’s unique model and centralised administrative systems have led Eview to expand to more than 50 locations across New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, the Northern Territory and Western Australia.
Mr Findikakis said the 20,000 milestone meant almost four properties had been sold every day since Eview opened its doors.
“That figure will be eclipsed this year with our projected target of 4500 transactions by the end of 2021,” he said.
“We have an aggressive expansion strategy in place which will see our numbers climb exponentially through current lead generation and acquiring new talent to join the group.”
Mr Findikakis also shared the imminent launch of a revolutionary property management model, set to be released in the second quarter of this year.
“We’ve been helping sales agents create fun and profitable businesses and now is the time to afford the same opportunity to aspiring property managers,” he said.
“Our model will bring the same efficiencies to the property management space as it has to the sales arena and we see this as a significant shift in our industry.
“There are most definitely some exciting opportunities for those sales agents and property managers wanting to take their career to the next level.”
