Two of Ray White’s leading South Australian offices have come together in an expansion set to change the real estate game in the Adelaide Hills region. The Ray White Mount Barker | Strathalbyn business has merged with the neighbouring Ray White Woodside | Stirling business.
Andrew Dickson and Ryan Keatley opened the Mount Barker | Strathalbyn office six years ago, and were thrilled at the prospect of merging with Angus Campbell’s successful Woodside | Stirling office.
“The merging of our two teams is a great success story for the wider Ray White group and shows that we truly are one great family; Angus Campbell brings with him a stellar reputation of commitment to service to the Adelaide Hills region,” Mr Keatley said.
Mr Dickson and Mr Keatley have grown their business to quickly become a market leader in the area, with a young, dynamic team of 24 staff members who are actively involved in the hills region.
Mr Campbell, said that he was thrilled to join forces with a team who he has already worked harmoniously with for five years.
“Our offices complement each other very well, with Ray White Mount Barker operating a high volume residential business model, and Ray White Woodside focusing on high end, rural lifestyle properties and the agribusiness market,” Mr Campbell said.
“Starting, growing and developing the Ray White Woodside office has been an absolute career highlight of mine. Over many years I have built a brilliant team around me, and we have always been very proud of our approach underpinned by professionalism, transparency, honesty and outcome,” Mr Campbell said.
Mr Campbell became one of the faces behind real estate industry’s Beyond the Bricks campaign during the 2020 bushfires, in which his story and photos he took were used to raise funds and awareness for the cause.
“Woodside is an incredible part of South Australia, with stunning rolling hills, chocolate factories, cheese companies, gin distilleries, vineyards and world class cellar doors on every corner,” Mr Campbell said.
“We love our community, and do all we can to support them. You will find only the best local produce and goodies in our settlement gifts!” he said.
Mr Keatley and Mr Dickson expressed that Angus Campbell has always done a wonderful job at being part of the local community, and that they look forward to working with Angus to carry on that legacy.
“Woodside and Stirling are the more established and tightly held suburbs in the Hills, as opposed to the younger demographic with more development in Mount Barker,” Mr Dickson said.
“We are excited to now have a footprint in both markets, and show more people the wonderful lifestyle that we live out here in the Adelaide Hills,”
“A lot of citysiders have been drawn out to the Hills area since the pandemic began; it is an easy 40 minute commute in the CBD but feels like you are living in a private and spacious oasis,” Mr Keatley said.
“It is hard to pin down one main demographic of buyers in the area; with brilliant schools, an easy commute, and a peaceful lifestyle, everyone is attracted to living here,” he said.
