First National Real Estate’s South Australian and Northern Territory estate agents were presented with their General Excellence and Marketing Awards at Adelaide Oval on Friday night.
The awards recognised the best performing agents throughout 2019 and top 10 individuals and offices are now in the running for National GEM Awards.
To encourage peak performance for all First National agents, those reaching the national top 10 in May 2020 will receive a complimentary study tour to the National Association of Realtors conference in New Orleans this November.
SA/NT State Chair, Andrew Doyle, said the results reflect First National’s commitment to going the extra mile to achieve the best outcomes for customers.
“Housing stock levels were lower throughout South Australia, whereas the Northern Territory remained consistent throughout 2019,” Mr Dowle said.
“However, buyer demand was affected by the federal election and other economic factors, and turnover was significantly lower in some areas of the Northern Territory.
“In response, our members embraced industry leading technologies and focused on professional development as a means to achieve consistently strong results.”
