Agents across First National Real Estate’s 200-plus offices will be able to access REA Group’s Connect platform after the two companies announced a partnership agreement.
First introduced to sales agents in April 2021, Connect offers a number of tools to assist with prospecting, including boosting brand exposure across REA Group’s realestate.com.au.
First National Chief Operating Officer, Ed Atkinson said the decision to roll Connect out across the company’s offices came after positive feedback from agents already using the platform.
“We identified a need within First National to provide value to our individual offices through a product that would save time, increase brand exposure for agents, as well as create uniformity across our entire network,” Mr Atkinson said.
He added that the rollout of Connect came at an important time for the company, with market conditions placing higher demands on agents.
“Connect makes prospecting easier for our agents which ultimately allows our team to remain focused on growth. This is particularly important as the market faces its current challenges,” Mr Atkinson said.
Tools in the Connect suite also include the ability for agents to instantly build professional, on-brand templates and digital presentations to pitch to prospective customers.
The platform also offers the ability to secure a management agreement on the spot with digital signing.
REA Group Commercial Growth and Industry Partnerships Director, Marini Gils, said the two companies had worked together to ensure the smooth roll out of Connect to First National offices.
“We’ve worked together with the team at First National over a number of months to come up with a corporate partnership that addresses their needs and makes prospecting even easier, while also providing support for a successful rollout to their network,” Ms Gils said.
“We’re excited by opportunities like this one as we know the partnership will help the First National team to streamline their workflow and put time back into the day.”
Ms Gils said REA hoped to roll out similar agreements in the future.
“We know our customers experience great success when prospecting with Connect, and we’re delighted to now be the partner of choice for First National Real Estate,” she said.
“We hope to make corporate partnerships available to more customers in the future.”
