Former Socceroo, Luke Casserly, has been appointed business development manager for Cunninghams’ property management division.
The Announcement:
Amidst an exhilarating expansion phase, Cunninghams proudly announces the addition of Luke Casserly as the new business development manager in our property management division.Â
Mr Casserly’s arrival marks a pivotal moment for Cunninghams as we continue our commitment to delivering top-tier service and exceptional results throughout the Northern Beaches.
John Cunningham, Managing Director of Cunninghams, expressed his enthusiasm about the new additions.
“We are so excited about all the recent additions to the team, not only because they are all great people but also for the possibilities they bring to our next growth phase,” Mr Cunningham said.
“At Cunninghams, we continuously reimagine what great real estate service looks like and how we can better service our clients’ needs through our people and technology.
“Bringing on board someone of Luke’s calibre, background, and expertise is about shifting the dial on what matters most to clients.
“Luke’s role will cut across all aspects of business development and ensure that our clients feel safe and assured that their valuable assets are in the best, most professional hands.”
Despite the challenges of a tight market with limited stock, Cunninghams has showcased resilience and excellence, successfully leasing 48 properties in April and maintaining robust activity with an average of 10 properties leased each week in May.
Our proactive strategies ensure we stay ahead in a competitive rental landscape marked by ongoing cost of living pressures.
“I am excited and proud to join an organisation with such a fantastic reputation on the beaches. Having been a part of many winning teams, I look forward to contributing to continued growth and success at Cunninghams,” Mr Casserly said.
Mr Casserly, a distinguished former Socceroo and Olympian, joins us with a wealth of leadership experience from his roles in major FMCG organisations and as the former Head of National Performance for Football Federation Australia.
With nearly a decade as a resident of the Northern Beaches, Mr Casserly’s profound understanding of team dynamics and strategic growth makes him an ideal fit for our mission to strengthen client relationships and explore new market opportunities.
Supporting Mr Casserly in enhancing our team’s capabilities are Nicola Jacobsen and Emma Jenkins.
Ms Jacobsen, stepping into the role of property manager, brings extensive real estate experience and a dedication to fostering strong relationships with tenants and landlords.Â
Ms Jenkins, joining as leasing manager, is set to utilise her comprehensive leasing expertise to deliver exemplary client service.
Their expertise and passion are crucial as we navigate the ever-evolving real estate landscape, ensuring the optimal performance of our clients’ investments.
