Future looks bright for Eview Group in Queensland as Park Real Estate joins network on Sunshine Coast

Real estate powerhouse Eview Group is continuing to expand in Queensland, with Park Real Estate on the Sunshine Coast the latest agency to join.

With more than three decades of experience operating a successful Melbourne-based agency, Park Real Estate’s Director and licensed real estate agent, Ben Hecht is well-versed in the importance of providing an ‘out of the box’, client and community-centric service.

‘There’s a huge amount of buzz circulating within our network for the relaunch of Park Real Estate, as Ben and his wife cement their lifestyle in the Sunshine Coast,” Eview Group’s CEO and co-founder Manos Findikakis said.

“The circumstances around 2020 proved to many that our role as real estate agents successfully extends past that of selling homes, highlighting the need to be community focused,” he added.

Mr Findikakis said Mr Hecht’s “unique and distinguished approach” to building lifelong relationships with his clients and his local business community was exactly what was required of an agent in 2021.

A disheartening experience in the early ‘80s as a vendor himself proved the catalyst for Mr Hecht to shift his focus from accounting to real estate.

He has always operated with this experience in mind and has set out to shake up the seller/buyer journey by offering an authentic and transparent process.

Mr Hecht believes “culture is everything”, and encourages his staff – together with their families – to set their own professional intentions, and has always prided himself at doing his utmost to assist in achieving those goals.

“Having operated in Melbourne’s East for quite some time, I’ve always known of the Eview Group, and when our lifestyle desires were brought forward, it was the perfect time to explore their offering,” Mr Hecht said.

He said speaking to a friend who is involved in the network helped further highlight Eview’s positive, ‘down-to-earth’ perception.

“And well, the rest is history,” he laughed.

“I’m excited to see how our long-standing history of 15 sales per month, together with our seven-day service until 7pm, a team of contemporary, culture-driven agents, and revolutionary ‘client benefit’-based systems, impacts the industry within the local area,” Mr Hecht continued.

Providing on-the-ground support will be Eview Group’s Queensland Director, Joel Hood, who, with the addition of Park Real Estate, will be overseeing the growing Eview Group network of agencies throughout Queensland.

Mr Hood was full of praise for “Ben’s ability to balance his perfectly nurtured relationships with an unwavering focus on flawless results”.

“When you meet agents who convey an authentic desire to help others within their local community, it becomes so contagious,” Mr Hood said.

“Ben’s outstanding negotiating skills, coupled with his result-driven approach is the perfect addition to our growing Queensland division.

“It’s been an exciting journey for the Eview Group, these past few months. A huge growth period for our network right across the Sunshine Coast has resulted in a very dynamic and collaborative team of agents.

“Many of our agencies have a real commitment to expanding on their real estate service, by setting up community-based initiatives, including community kitchens, community groups and events.

“Park Real Estate is no exception, with their continued focus on spotlighting and celebrating local businesses,” Mr Hood continued.

Park Real Estate will be operating out of Suite 610, 22 King Street, Cotton Tree Queensland (4558) and will service the immediate and surrounding suburbs, including Bli Bli, Maroochy Waters and Rosemount.
