“Half a house” in Brisbane, which saw the top floor gutted by fire, is set to go to auction.
According to nine.com.au, in February this year, a neighbour rescued two people from inside the Brisbane home, who were unaware the property was on fire.
A man was downstairs and a woman was upstairs were saved from the blaze by the heroic neighbour who ushered the pair to safety.
The official listing shows that the lower level of the property is still in good condition, while the fire in the upper level has left walls blackened, with furniture and possessions all but destroyed.
