Daniel McConnell, Director of Harcourts Shellharbour City/Albion Park, has been joined by Daniel Dajcic in opening a new office Harcourts Kiama.
The dynamic duo is excited to lead the new company, with a focus on offering clients’ a superior experience whilst maintaining youthful passion and energy. The pair have over 25 years combined real estate experience in the Illawarra region.
Working alongside McConnell, Dajcic has been servicing the Kiama area for 8 years, and is transitioning into directorship with a positive, enthusiastic outlook. He says he is looking forward to working with a well-established yet innovative brand with an international footprint.
Harcourts NSW/ACT CEO Mark Morrison says McConnells’ proven track record of success in the local area has been pivotal for Harcourts’ growth in the South Coast, and the addition of the Kiama office will only strengthen the brand.
“We are delighted to have an existing director expand further with Harcourts, it is a true testament to our brand. We are also excited for the future of Harcourts Kiama, knowing it is in very capable hands”.
Harcourts NSW/ACT is predicting a strong year ahead, following rapid growth in 2017, with 12 new offices. Earlier this month, Harcourts expanded into the Bankstown Area, with an office opening in Greenacre under principal Mark Saleh.
Harcourts Lifestyles, located in Mount Anan, is set to open in late February under the management of Steve Arentz and Garth Makowski from The Property People Campbelltown.
“We are committed to growing with quality people, who envision our values,” CEO Mark Morrison said.
