Harcourts Tasmania’s new performance coach set to inspire

Harcourts Tasmania has appointed Molly Gibbons as performance coach, as she aims to “inspire and be inspired”.

With her unique approach and local knowledge, Harcourts Tasmania is excited to welcome Molly Gibbons as performance coach.

Ms Gibbons has an extensive real estate background in both property management and residential sales. 

Beginning her real estate career in Tasmania, she then spent four years working for a market leading real estate business in Western Australia, before returning to Tasmania and Harcourts.

Renown for the calm competency that inspires confidence in clients and accrues appreciation from colleagues, Ms Gibbon’s new role as performance coach is a welcome addition to the Harcourts team.

Harcourts Tasmania Chief Executive Officer, Tony Morrison, said the team were very lucky to have someone like Ms Gibbon come on board.

“With over 10 years’ experience in a variety of roles in residential, commercial and property management, in both Tasmania and Western Australia, Molly brings a vast amount of knowledge and experience to the position,” Mr Morrison said.

“She will be a great addition to the team and will hit the ground running due to her extensive background.”

Along with her love of cooking, Ms Gibbons is a keen netballer, having just been awarded life membership to her club, Gee Tees Netball Club, after coaching the Division 1 women’s side to their first premiership in 16 years.

With a strong connection to her community and a wealth of industry experience, the new performance coach is set to inspire and be inspired.

“I’m excited to share, learn and grow with the team in Tasmania,” Ms Gibbons said.

“Already achieving great things, it is a privilege to work alongside new and existing team members to ensure we are all reaching our full potential.”
