Everyday we hear about a new platform which is leading the charge in making property management easier. Earlier this week, Hello Alfred announced an in-app assistant program which sets up building managers to a range of services for easier up keep.
The Hello Alfred app provides apartment residents with on-request services from cleaning, grocery delivery, prescription refills and tech support, all on one server.
The tech company which took out the Startup Battlefield competition in 2014 say the aim of the app is to save valuable time for users by finding the easiest and most affordable services to create great living experiences – these can be weekly tidy-ups, grocery delivery or fresh flower delivery.
All packed into one mobile app, the service allows customers to organise all these services digitally, without having to make phone calls during work hours, saving time for users to do other things.
The new platform also features a direct line of communication to the company’s support team, via the mobile app, so users don’t have to access multiple tabs or sites to get help.
The one-stop shop app looks to simplify live provide value add to residents. And it’s not just for high end luxury properties, the Hello Alfred team say the service is available for all types of buildings in diverse socio-economic areas.
The property management software currently services more than 150,000 properties in the US.
It also offers an in-app payment service, so users can easily track and manage their finances.
