Victorian real estate network hockingstuart yesterday opened its fifth office this year, cementing the Group’s plans to expand its reach in 2013 and increase its strong hold on the Victorian real estate market.
Based in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, the opening of hockingstuart Doncaster follows the establishment of the network’s Berwick, Pascoe Vale, Coburg and Preston offices earlier this year.
hockingstuart CEO and Managing Director Nigel O’Neil said the Group’s growth trajectory has been solid, helping to strengthen its position in the marketplace.
“Having built a strong presence in both inner and middle Melbourne as well as key regional and coastal markets, we are now targeting neighbouring areas to further strengthen our brand footprint and market share.”
O’Neil also recognises that maintaining the company’s quality and service levels will be key as the network welcomes more offices into the fold.
Supporting this growth are the appointments of Group Human Resources Manager Alisha Mackrell and Project Director Tanja Nevin-Jones.
“Our Group takes real estate seriously so our focus will always be on ensuring our customers get the same quality of service no matter which hockingstuart office they visit,” said O’Neil.
Head office’s recent appointments will be focused on ensuring that the level of service provided to our customers across the network will be maintained at consistently high levels.
“Our research shows consumers are after a personalised service from their agent so it’s important for us to support our offices from a corporate level so they can focus on delivering for their clients.”
