Agents looking to list more properties, sell more homes and “power up” to achieve their best year in 2022 will find the blueprint to do just that in a new virtual training event with top coach Sherrie Storor.
Power Up Your 2022 will give agents the shortcuts they need to become an ultimate agent, organise their social media and build a celebrity profile, and understand their business must-haves to generate more leads, listings and sales.
Sherrie said agents would also walk away with the inside knowledge on how to action her proven selling system, so they have a rock-solid platform from which to launch into their best year ever in real estate.
“This is a system that I have been working on, constantly making tweaks to and perfecting since 2012, both as a high-performing agent myself and further refining it with my coaching clients,” she said.
“It worked beautifully for me, it’s worked time and time again for my coaching clients, and it will work for the agents who sign up to Power Up Your 2022.
“It’s a blueprint, a formula, they can plug and play directly into their business and see the same kind of results.”
The 90-minute, February 22 event will be hosted on Zoom, and the $49pp ticket price includes a bonus one-hour advanced training session the following day for those who really want to become a million-dollar agent.
Agents will also learn how to organise their social media to build engagement and a celebrity profile as part of Power Up Your 2022.
Sherrie said in today’s market, savvy sellers are looking for an agent with a strong database and a relevant and engaged social media following.
“The market’s expectations and behaviours have changed,” Sherrie said.
“What they’re really looking for today is an agent who has a database of qualified buyers that are prepared to pay a premium.”
But Sherrie said social media presence is about a lot more than just how many followers an agent has. It’s about engagement, and sellers know how important that is when it comes to marketing and selling their property.
Buyers also like to use social media to gather information on properties they are interested in, so catering to that market is another ‘must-do’.
“The market’s expectation is that they want to work with an ultimate agent who embodies these things,” Sherrie said.
“How agents do that is through having not just a good social media presence, but an organised social media presence and by creating a celebrity profile so that people want to work with them, follow them and buy properties from them.”
The training event will also equip agents with “rockstar” sales systems, support and templates, including how to run five-star open homes, how to leverage their listings, sales and results, as well as prospecting plans and processes for listings and testimonials.
“We will also look at dominating the marketplace in three ways – dominating the letterbox, dominating in real life and dominating digitally,” Sherrie said.
Other topics include how to revisit and learn from 2021 and set goals for 2022, how to prioritise your workload and become more dollar-productive, how to design your ideal week to create structure and systemise your business for success to give you more time back, and how to organise your buyer, seller, pipeline, hot buyer and change over lists to make more sales.
