Northern Sydney real estate brand Cunninghams has celebrated a year of success, hosting a recent awards night and conference with the theme “Influence and Impact”.
“This year’s theme came from our desire to leave the world a little better than we found it; through our personal lives, at our place of work, and in our community,” John Cunningham explained.
“As a learning organisation, we are constantly innovating to find new and better ways to amplify positive impact and influence the next generation of industry professionals. It’s why the business started 28 years ago, and it’s still what drives us today,”
Putting people first is at the heart of the Cunninghams’ business ethos.
The annual conference has become a platform for team members and leaders to follow through on their professional commitment to learning and development.
“We believe in equipping each team member with the right skills, set of beliefs and motivation to keep learning, growing and succeeding in their careers,” Mr Cunningham said.
Now in its second consecutive year, the 2019 Cunninghams Conference featured a range of high-profile speakers including a motivational keynote from Chris Helder, followed by influential speakers Clarence White, Caroline Bolderston, Piers Van Hamburg, David Highland, Davide Lettieri, Pru Kelly, Anthony Webb, Hermione Gardiner, Dei McChrystal, Dane Atherton, and Michael Sheargold.
The high calibre of content delivered by each of the speakers left the Cunninghams’ team feeling inspired, reconnected and filled with further drive and purpose.
The conference was later followed by the 2019 Awards Night Celebration, held at Manly’s Beachside Dojo.
The annual awards night recognises Cunninghams’ top performers, up-and-comers, and long-standing team members.
With a strong focus on personal and professional development, three new, major awards were presented this year, measured by a commitment and dedication to the Cunninghams core values of being Principled, Disciplined and Responsible.
