Josh Tesolin back in yellow as he eyes-off a record year

Josh Tesolin has renewed his commitment with the Ray White Group, signing on the dotted line a year ahead of schedule.

The Ray White Quakers Hill – Tesolin Group principal made the commitment as he eyes off surpassing the most GCI written by an individual agent in a financial year at the national network.

“I love the group, and I have re-signed a year early on exactly the same terms,” Mr Tesolin said.

“My relationship with the family and Tim Snell over four years has been strong.

“I have grown my office from three staff to now more than 50 people and our market share in Quakers Hill has gone from zero to more than 50 per cent.

“Why wait until the end of the term?

“We are a family business within a family business and we have been given bucketloads of support.”

In just four years, the Ray White Quakers Hill team has sold 2198 homes.

Last year Mr Tesolin reached his goal of writing $8 million in GCI, sold more than 300 properties and won the AREA for the Number 1 agent in NSW for the second year in a row.

Mr Tesolin said he didn’t contemplate leaving the group and his staff also collectively loved the Ray White brand as it has the best systems and adds value to their businesses.

“We had never done an auction before joining the group and now we are 100 per cent auction,” he said.

“Our business is on track to complete 700-800 auctions this year, and I have already done 350 myself.

“My goal this year was to win the top agent and I am well on track.

“My next goal is to win the number one office.”

Mr Tesolin joined Ray White on July 1, 2020, when he was 25, becoming the youngest sole business owner in the residential group.

The business has gone from strength to strength ever since.

“I am now 29 and in the prime of my career,” he said.

“My team and I are ambitious and when we joined Ray White four years ago I wanted a partner that shared our ambition to be the best and push the limits of what was possible to achieve and Ray White has not let us down.

“Ray White has been a big part of our growth.

“Our agents know that they will be supported by the industry’s best systems and training and that there is a deep service offering from around Australia, New Zealand and locally here in Sydney.”

Ray White Chairman Brian White said Mr Tesolin and his team had played a vital role in the group’s continued trajectory, not just in Sydney but across Australasia.

“It’s not only their work ethic that is remarkable but their creativity, imagination and attention to every detail is an inspiration to us all,” he said.

“We offer a springboard to success.

“I can’t wait to see what the future holds for Josh.”

Ray White NSW Chief Executive Officer, Tim Snell, said he was proud of Mr Tesolin’s achievements and humbled by his commitment to the group.

“Josh is an extraordinary real estate agent,” he said.

“He is genuinely one of the hardest workers I’ve ever seen.

“His work ethic is phenomenal.

“No one has achieved the levels of success and results he has and to have her recognise the value the Ray White group brings by recommitting is very humbling.”

Mr Snell said every lead agent that has joined The Tesolin Group had doubled or tripled their output and that was the sign of a great leader.

“Josh has shown all of us that we are capable of more, he’s lifted our group,” he said.

“We’re all better for having Josh in Ray White.”
