Eview Group has announced a further bolstering of its Bass Coast presence, with the regional Victorian arm of the national network launching a fresh and exciting new brand.
Customer-focused agent and Phillip Island local Kate Hanssen has joined forces with Eview to build on her experience, launching her self-titled brand “Kate Hanssen, Real Estate Executive”.
“We are so excited for Kate, as she unveils her fresh new look, simultaneously remaining dedicated to providing her signature, unmatched customer-centric service, across the Bass Coast property market,” Eview Group CEO Manos Findikakis said.
“It gives us such great pleasure to think Kate could recognise her own positive core values of connection and authenticity within our positive business operations, ultimately choosing Eview Group to launch her fresh, new brand.
“Given the extensive numbers of families and individuals now seeking a lifestyle shake-up, having proved through COVID the success of a remote working lifestyle, we’re so thrilled to bolster our existing Bass Coast brand, Leanne Poulton Real Estate Executive, as many explore the potential of a sea-change,” Mr Findikakis added.
“We’re thrilled by the potential possibilities we can provide across our network, as our nation-wide focus on connection, and wide-spread serviceability remains, enhancing the relationship between our metro markets and regional key property markets.”
Ms Hanssen spent her childhood exploring Phillip Island’s sandy beaches, and idyllic wilderness, and her family permanently relocated to the Bass Coast after moving back to Australia, following a stint in Nepal.
Ms Hanssen said her innate passion for connection, and intimate knowledge of the Bass Coast made a career in real estate selling within her direct community a natural progression.
“As someone who fell in love with the Bass Coast as a child, a sandy lifestyle was something I always envisaged for my family,” she said.
“Now, with an intricate understanding of the Bass Coast, and an insatiable appetite for helping clients connect to their future property dreams, I’m excited to unveil my new brand to the community.”
Ms Hanssen said nothing was more important than providing transparency and building authentic and trustworthy relationships with clients.
“At the time of selling, generally people are going through a massive change in their life, a re-evaluation, or major transition or shift, and I believe it’s my job to provide more care during this time.
“I certainly don’t consider myself the ‘typical agent’, often defining my role as a ‘property match-maker’, here to utilise my abilities to problem solve and provide lateral solutions, whilst successfully reframing negative perceptions.”
Mr Findikakis said Eview was humbled and fortunate to have found an individual as capable and driven as Ms Hanssen, and the group looked forward to helping her achieve her desired success.
“Kate provides an exuberant level of authenticity and positive energy and will be a welcomed addition to our entire nationwide team, of course complementing our culture – an important consideration for the Eview Group,” Mr Findikakis added.
Kate Hanssen will be based in Wonthaggi, Victoria and will service the immediate and surrounding suburbs in and across the Bass Coast.
