Supermodel Kate Upton and her professional baseball pitcher husband Justin Verlander have listed their exquisite Los Angeles mansion for sale with a price tag of US$11.75 million (AU$16.29 million).
The couple originally purchased the four-bedroom, five-bathroom estate in Beverly Hills for US$5.3 million (AU$7.35 million) in 2016, before undertaking extensive renovations and adding a host of personal touches.
According to People, the property is set on one-and-a-half acres, with the 1682sq m home featuring a formal dining room, a living room with a graystone fireplace and a whitewashed family room with a beamed ceiling.
The contemporary kitchen is located on the ground floor and boasts a breakfast nook, a spacious marble island, state-of-the-art appliances and a grey tile backsplash.Â
The home, which was originally built in 1976, includes a walk-in, temperature-controlled wine room, a theatre room with a wet bar, and a games room.
The primary suite features a seating area, an expansive bathroom with a steam shower and soaking tub, and massive dual closets with built-ins.
The grounds also contain a brick pool that sits on a rolling lawn with a championship-sized tennis court and also a lengthy, tree-filled driveway.
The couple are selling the property after moving to Florida last year with their three-year-old daughter.
Verlander recently signed a two-year, US$50 million deal with the Houston Astros.
