The property, located in the fashionable Coconut Grove area, boasts distinctive features, including custom wallpaper installed by James himself.
Entrepreneur John Lie-Nielsen and his wife, Darling, are the new owners of this nearly half-acre estate, according to Mansion Global.
The sale, facilitated by Jason Zarco of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty, was completed in under a month.
According to Zarco, the quick sale can be attributed to the property’s pristine condition, stunning views, and excellent entertainment spaces, a rarity in Miami for its price range.
This waterfront estate, with an 24m frontage on Biscayne Bay, offers privacy through its gated entrance and coral wall.
The property includes a main house and a guest house above a three-car garage.
Luxurious amenities such as a private dock, heated pool with swim-up bar, gym, spa with steam and sauna, and a ground-floor entertainment lounge complete with billiards and poker tables, make this estate exceptional.
The main house, constructed in 2010, spans 1294sq m and features floor-to-ceiling windows, six bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, one half bath, an elevator, wine cellar, theatre, living room with bar, and an office/library.

James originally bought the property in 2010 for US$9 million and sold it in 2015 for US$13.4 million.
It was later acquired in 2021 by Jeff and Sherianne Conry for US$12.75 million.
LeBron James, now 38 and playing for the Los Angeles Lakers, continues to make his mark in the NBA, boasting four championship wins, four MVP Awards, and 19 All-Star appearances.
