A premium residential complex in Bali is set to create a new standard of luxury living, featuring the world’s largest rooftop pool.
Magnum Residence Berawa is a four-storey, opulent apartment complex that will feature more than 150 luxurious apartments just 500m from Berawa Beach and the legendary beach clubs Finns and Atlas.
Developed by Magnum Estate, the hallmark of the complex, which is located along the coastal area of Canggu, will be a stunning rooftop pool that spans a whopping 190m in length.
The pool will be the largest rooftop pool in the world, and 44m longer than the rooftop pool at the Marina Bay Sands Hotel, which is 146m long.
The stunning rooftop space is something that has to be seen to be believed, with the edge of the pool melding into the backdrop of lush Bali foliage and the ocean beyond.
Luxury sun lounges, some pod-like and others flat, will line the near side of the pool so residents and guests can relax, while floating pool nets will suspend and support you to lay back in the water.
A stylish lounge bar, complete with outdoor seating, will also be part of the amenities and will boast sweeping views across the pool area.
Complex developers Magnum Estate said in a statement that the complex would become a “new icon” in Bali.
“The concept of utilising functional space on the roof is the latest architectural trend,” they said.
“Magnum Estate has gone one step further and set up a unique, one-of-a-kind project.
“The complex has its own personality and will stand out from the rest of the properties that have become the face of Bali.”
Magnum Residence Berawa will comprise one and two-bedroom apartments, each with a minimum living space of 80sq m.
Each will be equipped with a high-tech ‘smart home’ technology system and include luxury amenities such as premium quality finishes, designer furniture assembled to order, and private hot tubs on the balconies.
Upper floor apartments will also boast ocean views.
“The complex was designed specifically to be able to provide everything necessary for life: a recreation and work area, a fitness centre with the latest sports equipment, a SPA offering a full range of beauty services, several restaurants and bars, including a restaurant serving fusion cuisine from the best Chefs – all this combined with an unrestricted level of service and comfort,” the developers said.
“Magnum Residence Berawa is located within walking distance of Berawa Beach, which has been ranked No.39 among the best beaches in the world according to CNN Travel and is part of the Western coastline of the island spanning more than 12km in length.
“The complex is located in the very heart of the island’s social life, surrounded by the most fashionable beach clubs, hundreds of cafes and restaurants, clothing stores and entertainment suiting every taste.”
