Ray White’s long-time Chief Executive of Growth, Mark McLeod has been named the Group’s new Chief Strategy Officer for Real Estate in recognition of his ongoing role in improving real estate agency operations.
Announcing the new position earlier today, Ray White Group Managing Director, Dan White noted Mr McLeod had been a key part of the network for many decades, and his influence had never been more important.
Mr White said the new title reaffirmed Mr McLeod’s critical role in supporting the Group’s agencies along with his influence on key strategic issues.
“This new title reflects that, and gives our corporate team, our members and the industry a clearer understanding of his position in our group,” Mr White said.
“Mark has a unique role in our corporate team that sees him work alongside and influence many of our teams.
“This includes taking a central position in the rollout of NutureCloud with the digital team, helping to connect Concierge with the network, supporting our auction teams, and providing input and support to the new performance team to ensure they align with the key strategic objectives of the group,” Mr White said.
Mr McLeod is also the primary stakeholder when it comes to communicating with Ray White’s members regarding the key areas the Group needs to address, and has become a proactive ‘change agent’ on key strategic issues.
“This is an exciting time for our group,” Mr McLeod said.
“The investments and focus coming from the corporate team is exciting and I’m looking forward to working closely with many of our leaders within our organisation on the key strategic objectives of the group.”
