McGrath Estate Agents has further consolidated its presence in the important Brisbane real estate market with the opening of a new office in the northern suburb of Aspley. It brings the number of McGrath offices in Brisbane to seven.

In her 16-year career, Mrs McGrath has opened and managed real estate agencies in Australia as well as the United Kingdom.

Aspley’s house prices have risen to a median of $955,000, up 29.1 per cent over the past year*. Sales manager Tamika Kent says the market has pulled back a little with fewer numbers of buyers ready to transact. “Many are not making offers at the level they were at the peak of the market however properties are still selling and sentiment is settling. There’s more choice for buyers now; and as a result, we’re starting to see more people enter the market.”
